T. Marc Barnett, MD, has practiced in the Asheville area since 2009 and joined Carolina Hand & Sports Medicine on November 7, 2022. He specializes in hip and knee replacements.

Dr. Barnett uses direct anterior approach hip replacement, cementless total knee replacement, and robotic partial knee replacement surgery to help patients return to an active lifestyle with fewer postoperative limitations. He performs hip and knee replacement surgery at both the Outpatient Surgery Center of Asheville and Mission Hospital.

One of my favorite weeks of the year is working with my wife to give back and provide total knee replacements to the people of Nicaragua.”
