Carolina Hand and Sports Medicine, PA Industrial Relations Dept. includes a Workers' Compensation Specialist and an Industrial Liaison. It is the goal of Carolina Hand to provide the best possible care to the injured worker while keeping the employer updated with information regarding the employee's care and work capabilities. Our physicians strive to provide work status forms to each employee with their update restrictions. The physicians at Carolina Hand and Sports Medicine, PA will not take a worker out of work without trying to give light duty restrictions, if the employer has limited duty work available. The Industrial Liaison is here to work between the employee, employer, insurance company and Physicans to resolve any situations that may arise.
